If you are trying hard and others don’t do the same, the tides will change there’s never constant rain.
If you eminate misery it will circle back to you, ‘like attracts like’ no doubt but there’s something you can do.
Pretend to be happy you’ll forget why you are sad, because happy will bring happy to make you oh so glad.
It’s not like a lie exactly try and you will see, you do it for others first and it will set your energy free.
Sometimes there is a need to break a cycle and stop, to try to remember what you obviously forgot.
For sure everyone is sad once in a while, but to stay there in that place is truly a denial.
It’s necessary to move on for the health of your soul, and to join together with others to reach a common goal.
To eradicate the negatives that made you sad in the first place, to balance the energy and stop this cycle go back to first base.
Don’t dwell on what’s gone before, concentrate on now, then we can definitely mend our souls if we so allow.
Happiness is not a clear cut choice but try to reach for the light, because darkness is not the place for one that is obviously so bright.
Jump up from the dark place with all your might and mane, put that smile back on your face and from misery refrain.

Smiling and being happy floods your body with positive energy and endorphins, serotonin and dopamine…here’s the greatest part……..this happens whether you are genuinely happy or whether you are pretending.
So pretending to be happy for long enough can convince you that you are happy. If you do not feel worthy of doing this for yourself, then do it for others….if not for people, for your pet😘
